A music sequencer for Windows 95 and 98, published by Pioneer Software in 2004.
Provenance
Donated by the creator’s family in 2016. A few hundred bad sectors were retried until all but a handful read. All files were recovered; 7 damaged sectors were rebuilt from redundant data.

Free, in the Lazarus reading room in Vancouver and in partner reading rooms.
In the reading room it runs in emulation under profile LZE-WIN9X-9, from a read-only copy of the recovered image, as it would have on Windows 95 and 98.
