Provenance
Sent to Lazarus by post, with a note asking whether anything could be saved. Three disks; two read cleanly on the first pass and the rest after repeated flux-level reads. The image matches a checksum published by the original distributor.

Free, in the Lazarus reading room in Vancouver and in partner reading rooms.
In the reading room it runs in emulation under profile LZE-DOS-12, from a read-only copy of the recovered image, as it would have on MS-DOS.
