Provenance
Donated with the machine it was used on. The disc was scratched but readable after cleaning. About 57 percent of the data could be read; the gaps are mapped.

Access
Free, in the Lazarus reading room in Vancouver and in partner reading rooms. The license does not permit copies to be taken away.
In the reading room it runs in emulation under profile LZE-DISC-4, from a read-only copy of the recovered image, as it would have on a disc-based console.
