Provenance
Bought as part of a box of disks at an estate sale and donated anonymously. The label reads ‘Taxes’. Every sector was recovered on the first or second read.

In the reading room it runs in emulation under profile LZE-APPLE2-6, from a read-only copy of the recovered image, as it would have on the Apple II.
