Provenance
Brought to a Lazarus rescue day by a former owner. The drive’s circuit board had failed and was replaced with one from a matching drive. The image matches a checksum published by the original distributor.

Free, in the Lazarus reading room in Vancouver and in partner reading rooms. The license does not permit copies to be taken away.
In the reading room it runs in emulation under profile LZE-BBS-4, from a read-only copy of the recovered image, as it would have on bulletin boards.
