Provenance
Sent to Lazarus by post, with a note asking whether anything could be saved. Mould on three disk surfaces was cleaned off before imaging. Rebuilt from 4 damaged copies, none of them complete on its own.

Access
Free, in the Lazarus reading room in Vancouver and in partner reading rooms. The license does not permit copies to be taken away.
In the reading room it runs in emulation under profile LZE-CPM-4, from a read-only copy of the recovered image, as it would have on CP/M.
