Provenance
Deposited by Westbrook Bay Demoscene Archive, which had held it unread for years. Two copies were found; together they gave a complete image. The image matches a checksum published by the original distributor.

In the reading room it runs in emulation under profile LZE-APPLE2-6, from a read-only copy of the recovered image, as it would have on the Apple II.
