Description
Control firmware for a cash register, read from the machine’s chips before it was scrapped.
Provenance
Sent to Lazarus by post, with a note asking whether anything could be saved. The chips were read several times in a programmer; one differing bit was resolved by majority. Everything was recovered, with a few damaged files repaired from a second copy.
