Provenance
Brought to a Lazarus rescue day by a former owner. The dye layer had begun to fail at the outer edge; the last sectors came from a second read in a different drive. Independent reads agree bit for bit.

Free, in the Lazarus reading room in Vancouver and in partner reading rooms. Copies may be taken away.
In the reading room it runs in emulation under profile LZE-DOS-12, from a read-only copy of the recovered image, as it would have on MS-DOS.
