Provenance
Donated with the machine it was used on. The drive had seized. Its platters were moved to a donor drive on a clean bench and imaged there. Independent reads agree bit for bit.

Access
Free, in the Lazarus reading room in Vancouver and in partner reading rooms. The license does not permit copies to be taken away.
In the reading room it runs in emulation under profile LZE-WIN3-6, from a read-only copy of the recovered image, as it would have on Windows 3.x.
