Programs made by residents for a public-access cable channel in North Bellmere: council meetings, cookery, local bands and call-in shows.
Provenance
Found during a house clearance in East Duncrest and passed to Lazarus. The tape had stretched near its start; the first blocks were repaired by hand from the sampled signal. The image matches a checksum published by the original distributor.
