Provenance
Brought to a Lazarus rescue day by a former owner. The disc was scratched but readable after cleaning. Independent reads agree bit for bit.

Free, in reading rooms only, under the Lazarus orphan works policy.
In the reading room it runs in emulation under profile LZE-DISC-4, from a read-only copy of the recovered image, as it would have on a disc-based console.
