Provenance
Found in a school storeroom when the building was cleared. The disc was scratched but readable after cleaning. The image matches a checksum published by the original distributor.

Free, in the Lazarus reading room in Vancouver and in partner reading rooms.
In the reading room it runs in emulation under profile LZE-DOS-12, from a read-only copy of the recovered image, as it would have on MS-DOS.
