Provenance
Donated by the creator in 2019. Two copies were found; together they gave a complete image. Independent reads agree bit for bit.

Free, in the Lazarus reading room in Vancouver and in partner reading rooms.
In the reading room it runs in emulation under profile LZE-APPLE2-6, from a read-only copy of the recovered image, as it would have on the Apple II.
