Provenance
Brought to a Lazarus rescue day by a former owner. Read once, slowly, on a restored drive. A second pass was not attempted. All of the work survives. The repairs are listed in the record’s damage map.

Free, in the Lazarus reading room in Vancouver and in partner reading rooms. Copies may be taken away under the work’s license.
