Provenance
Rescued from a skip outside a former office in Alderstead Springs. Read once, slowly, on a restored drive. A second pass was not attempted. Independent reads agree bit for bit.

Free, in the Lazarus reading room in Vancouver and in partner reading rooms. The license does not permit copies to be taken away.
