Description
Programs made by residents for a public-access cable channel in Westhurst: council meetings, cookery, local bands and call-in shows.
Provenance
Bought as part of a box of disks at an estate sale and donated anonymously. The tape was sticky with binder breakdown and was baked at low temperature before a single careful read. All files were recovered; 39 damaged sectors were rebuilt from redundant data.
