Description
Programs made by residents for a public-access cable channel in Fernholm: council meetings, cookery, local bands and call-in shows.
Provenance
Found during a house clearance in Willowridge and passed to Lazarus. The tape was sticky with binder breakdown and was baked at low temperature before a single careful read. Independent reads agree bit for bit.
