The working files of the North Sandmere Arts Council: minutes, newsletters, budgets and letters.
Provenance
Found during a house clearance in Port Weststead and passed to Lazarus. The tape had stretched near its start; the first blocks were repaired by hand from the sampled signal. Most of the work survives, but some files are lost. The damage map lists them.
