Provenance
Bought as part of a box of disks at an estate sale and donated anonymously. The disc was scratched but readable after cleaning. Independent reads agree bit for bit.

In the reading room it runs in emulation under profile LZE-WIN9X-9, from a read-only copy of the recovered image, as it would have on Windows 95 and 98.
