A wargame for Windows 95 and 98, released by Morgan Interactive in 2004 and never reissued.
Provenance
Found in a school storeroom when the building was cleared. The label, written in marker, reads ‘Work’. The image matches a checksum published by the original distributor.

Access
Free, in the Lazarus reading room in Vancouver and in partner reading rooms. The license does not permit copies to be taken away.
In the reading room it runs in emulation under profile LZE-WIN9X-9, from a read-only copy of the recovered image, as it would have on Windows 95 and 98.
