Provenance
Transferred from the backlog of unread media at a partner archive. Read once, slowly, on a restored drive. A second pass was not attempted. About 80 percent of the data could be read; the gaps are mapped.

Free, in the Lazarus reading room in Vancouver and in partner reading rooms. Copies may be taken away under the work’s license.
