Provenance
Brought to a Lazarus rescue day by a former owner. Read once, slowly, on a restored drive. A second pass was not attempted. The image matches a checksum published by the original distributor.

Free, in the Lazarus reading room in Vancouver and in partner reading rooms.
In the reading room it runs in emulation under profile LZE-APPLE2-6, from a read-only copy of the recovered image, as it would have on the Apple II.
