Description
A rehearsal recording of a song by a short-lived rock band, made on DAT in a practice room above a bar.
Three takes of the same song, with studio talk between them. The third is the one the band kept.
Provenance
The label reads ‘NFA, take 3 — keep’. The tape had been left in the practice room for years after the band split up, and was handed in when the building changed hands.
A surviving member of the band confirmed the recording and released it for access.
