Description
Firmware read from 140 display controllers salvaged from a shop that sold used and obsolete hardware.
Holographic and video display controllers from arcade cabinets, shop signs, trade-show stands and at least one planetarium, most of them made by companies that no longer exist.
Provenance
Metro Holografix sold second-hand hardware from the same cramped premises for over twenty years, and its owner rarely threw anything away. When the shop closed, Lazarus collected four vanloads of equipment, much of it still working.
This record covers the display controllers. The rest of the shop is still being catalogued.

Free, in reading rooms only, under the Lazarus orphan works policy.
In the reading room it runs in emulation under profile LZE-EMBED-2, from a read-only copy of the recovered image, as it would have on an embedded controller.
