Provenance
Donated with the machine it was used on. Two copies were found; together they gave a complete image. All files were recovered; 59 damaged sectors were rebuilt from redundant data.

Access
Free, in the Lazarus reading room in Vancouver and in partner reading rooms. Copies may be taken away.
In the reading room it runs in emulation under profile LZE-DOS-12, from a read-only copy of the recovered image, as it would have on MS-DOS.
