A database for the Commodore 64, written by Granitesoft for doctors’ surgeries.
Provenance
Found in a school storeroom when the building was cleared. Mould on three disk surfaces was cleaned off before imaging. The image matches a checksum published by the original distributor.

Free, in the Lazarus reading room in Vancouver and in partner reading rooms.
In the reading room it runs in emulation under profile LZE-C64-9, from a read-only copy of the recovered image, as it would have on the Commodore 64.
