Provenance
Donated with the machine it was used on. The disc was scratched but readable after cleaning. Every sector was recovered on the first or second read.

Free, in the Lazarus reading room in Vancouver and in partner reading rooms.
In the reading room it runs in emulation under profile LZE-DISC-4, from a read-only copy of the recovered image, as it would have on a disc-based console.
