Provenance
Brought to a Lazarus rescue day by a former owner. Two copies were found; together they gave a complete image. Reassembled from fragments spread across several carriers.

In the reading room it runs in emulation under profile LZE-APPLE2-6, from a read-only copy of the recovered image, as it would have on the Apple II.
