An arcade conversion for the Apple II, published by Zephyr Software in 1993.
Provenance
Brought to a Lazarus rescue day by a former owner. The disks had been stored beside a loudspeaker, and one track on each was weak. Rebuilt from 2 damaged copies, none of them complete on its own.

In the reading room it runs in emulation under profile LZE-APPLE2-6, from a read-only copy of the recovered image, as it would have on the Apple II.
