A photo-sharing site whose 83 million photographs were due to be deleted when it closed in 1997.
Provenance
Captured by volunteers in the last 4 weeks before the service closed. The service’s own export format was undocumented and was worked out from the data. All files were recovered; 47 damaged sectors were rebuilt from redundant data.
