Provenance
Donated by the creator in 2012. The dye layer had begun to fail at the outer edge; the last sectors came from a second read in a different drive. The image matches a checksum published by the original distributor.

Free, in the Lazarus reading room in Vancouver and in partner reading rooms.
In the reading room it runs in emulation under profile LZE-DISC-4, from a read-only copy of the recovered image, as it would have on a disc-based console.
