Provenance
Donated with the machine it was used on. Two copies were found; together they gave a complete image. All of the work survives. The repairs are listed in the record’s damage map.

Free, in the Lazarus reading room in Vancouver and in partner reading rooms. The license does not permit copies to be taken away.
Reading-room copies are migrated to PDF/A-2b, with the original files kept. The recovered files are kept exactly as they were found.
