Radio telescope observations, East Cedarstead, 1976–1981

East Cedarstead Radio Observatory, 1976–1981. Research data for scientific instruments.

Description

Raw observations from a university radio telescope, recorded to tape and never fully analysed.

Provenance

Sent to Lazarus by post, with a note asking whether anything could be saved. The tape had stretched near its start; the first blocks were repaired by hand from the sampled signal. Everything was recovered, with a few damaged files repaired from a second copy.
