Provenance
Donated with the machine it was used on. Read once, slowly, on a restored drive. A second pass was not attempted. Independent reads agree bit for bit.

Free, in the Lazarus reading room in Vancouver and in partner reading rooms. Copies may be taken away under the work’s license.
