Description
Programs made by residents for a public-access cable channel in Herongate Springs: council meetings, cookery, local bands and call-in shows.
Provenance
Sent to Lazarus by post, with a note asking whether anything could be saved. The tape was sticky with binder breakdown and was baked at low temperature before a single careful read. Every sector was recovered on the first or second read.
