Description
A two-player card game, distributed as freeware on bulletin boards and passed from disk to disk for most of a decade.
Players build a deck from a few dozen unit cards and play three short rounds. The rules are simple to learn and, according to its many devoted players, very hard to master.
Provenance
Deposited by Oxenfurt University Library, whose students played it between lectures for years. The copy came from a shared drive in the student union, and matches a checksum posted by the author.
The readme says only that the rules were learned from an old friend over many evenings, and that the game should be passed on and never sold.
