Alderby Falls oral history project

Alderby Falls Historical Society, 2004–2007. Sound recording for studio equipment.

Description

Interviews with 80 older residents of Alderby Falls about their working lives.

Provenance

Found in a school storeroom when the building was cleared. The tape had stretched near its start; the first blocks were repaired by hand from the sampled signal. A handful of files survive, from a much larger whole.
