A flight simulator for a cartridge console, published by Bluebell Games in 1995.
Provenance
Bought as part of a box of disks at an estate sale and donated anonymously. The save battery had died, but the program ROM was intact. Everything was recovered, with a few damaged files repaired from a second copy.

Access
Free, in the Lazarus reading room in Vancouver and in partner reading rooms. The license does not permit copies to be taken away.
In the reading room it runs in emulation under profile LZE-CART-7, from a read-only copy of the recovered image, as it would have on a cartridge console.
