Description
Readings from 22 roadside air quality monitors, kept by a council department that no longer exists.
Provenance
Sent to Lazarus by post, with a note asking whether anything could be saved. The tape was sticky with binder breakdown and was baked at low temperature before a single careful read. All files were recovered; 34 damaged sectors were rebuilt from redundant data.
