Provenance
Found in a school storeroom when the building was cleared. Read once, slowly, on a restored drive. A second pass was not attempted. Every sector was recovered on the first or second read.

Free, in the Lazarus reading room in Vancouver and in partner reading rooms.
In the reading room it runs in emulation under profile LZE-PDP11-3, from a read-only copy of the recovered image, as it would have on the PDP-11.
