Provenance
Deposited by Red River Arcade Preservation Society. The drive had seized. Its platters were moved to a donor drive on a clean bench and imaged there. Independent reads agree bit for bit.

In the reading room it runs in emulation under profile LZE-DOS-12, from a read-only copy of the recovered image, as it would have on MS-DOS.
