Provenance
Deposited by Granite Coast Arcade Preservation Society, which had held it unread for years. The card had sat unpowered for years; it was read at low voltage, several times. Independent reads agree bit for bit.

Access
Free, in the Lazarus reading room in Vancouver and in partner reading rooms. The license does not permit copies to be taken away.
In the reading room it runs in emulation under profile LZE-PALM-4, from a read-only copy of the recovered image, as it would have on Palm OS.
