Provenance
Deposited by Wellsby Library and Archives in 2003. Three disks; one read cleanly on the first pass and the rest after repeated flux-level reads. Most of the work survives, but some files are lost. The damage map lists them.

Access
Free, in the Lazarus reading room in Vancouver and in partner reading rooms. The license does not permit copies to be taken away.
Reading-room copies are migrated to PDF/A-2b, with the original files kept. The recovered files are kept exactly as they were found.
