Provenance
Sent to Lazarus by post, with a note asking whether anything could be saved. The label reads ‘Taxes’. Rebuilt from 3 damaged copies, none of them complete on its own.

Free, in the Lazarus reading room in Vancouver and in partner reading rooms. Copies may be taken away.
In the reading room it runs in emulation under profile LZE-MACOS-8, from a read-only copy of the recovered image, as it would have on the Macintosh.
