A paint program for VAX/VMS, published by Crowbridge Harbour Software in 1981.
Provenance
Donated by the creator in 2002. The tape had stretched near its start; the first blocks were repaired by hand from the sampled signal. All of the work survives. The repairs are listed in the record’s damage map.

Free, in the Lazarus reading room in Vancouver and in partner reading rooms.
In the reading room it runs in emulation under profile LZE-VAX-4, from a read-only copy of the recovered image, as it would have on VAX/VMS.
