A platform game for MS-DOS, released by Gannet Computing in 1981 and never reissued.
Provenance
Sent to Lazarus by post, with a note asking whether anything could be saved. Read in four drives; every sector was recovered by at least one. A handful of files survive, from a much larger whole.

Access
Free, in the Lazarus reading room in Vancouver and in partner reading rooms. The license does not permit copies to be taken away.
In the reading room it runs in emulation under profile LZE-DOS-12, from a read-only copy of the recovered image, as it would have on MS-DOS.
