Provenance
Bought as part of a box of disks at an estate sale and donated anonymously. The label reads ‘DO NOT ERASE’. All files were recovered; 57 damaged sectors were rebuilt from redundant data.

In the reading room it runs in emulation under profile LZE-APPLE2-6, from a read-only copy of the recovered image, as it would have on the Apple II.
