Soil samples and laboratory analyses from 5 thousand survey sites, with the field notebooks that describe them.
Provenance
Donated by the creator in 1996. The tape had stretched near its start; the first blocks were repaired by hand from the sampled signal. All files were recovered; 31 damaged sectors were rebuilt from redundant data.

Access
Free, in the Lazarus reading room in Vancouver and in partner reading rooms. Copies may be taken away under the work’s license.
Reading-room copies are migrated to CSV with a data dictionary, with the original files kept. The recovered files are kept exactly as they were found.
