An arcade conversion for Windows, published by Egret Software in 1993.
Provenance
Donated with the machine it was used on. The drive spun up and was imaged behind a write blocker in a single pass. All files were recovered; 21 damaged sectors were rebuilt from redundant data.

Free, in the Lazarus reading room in Vancouver and in partner reading rooms.
In the reading room it runs in emulation under profile LZE-WINNT-7, from a read-only copy of the recovered image, as it would have on Windows.
